Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of properties, including monthly close
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements
- Handle tenant billing, CAM reconciliations, and assist with budgeting processes
- Review and analyze variances, providing insight to leadership
- Support audits and collaborate with property management teams
- 2+ years of property accounting or real estate accounting experience
- Strong understanding of general ledger and month-end close processes
- Experience with Yardi required
- Solid Excel skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying organized and responsive
