• Lead and perform audit engagements for privately held clients
• Work closely with managers and partners on client deliverables
• Assist with planning, fieldwork, and financial statement preparation
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Mentor and support junior staff members
• Participate in a variety of industries, with additional value placed on experience in:
• Construction
• Employee Benefit Plan / 401(k) audits

• Experience in audits of privately held companies (industry knowledge preferred)
• Ability to collaborate with managers and partners to deliver high-quality client work
• Strong client relationship and communication skills
• Mentoring or leadership experience with junior staff
• Experience in Construction and Employee Benefit Plan / 401(k) audits is a plus

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year. Competitive base salary: $70,000 - $100,000. Flexible work-from-home availability as needed.
