Senior Accountant, Southlake Hybrid

LHH is recruiting on a Senior Accountant position with a pharmaceutical organization in Southlake. This is a great opportunity for a Senior Accountant that is ready to take the next step in their career by leading projects and having oversight for the work of staff accountants. The salary range for this position is 100K-105K, plus performance bonus and offers 2 days work from home. They also have unlimited PTO.

• Assist in the preparation and review of journal entries
• Prepare various types of reconciliations and ensure that the different balances are correct
• Partner with both internal and external auditors
• Work with various different business units and assist with troubleshooting processes where necessary
• Ensure that GAAP compliance is met and maintained
• Prepare financial reporting packages for upper-level management
• Complete various ad-hoc projects when necessary
• Indirectly supervise a team of more junior-level members.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA or CPA candidate is a plus
• 4+ years' of working experience within public accounting or large corporate environment
• Advanced skills within Excel as well as previous working experience
• Proficient verbal and written communication
