Senior Accountant
OpportunityWe’re looking for a Senior Accountant who takes pride in owning financial reporting, maintaining accuracy across multiple entities, and delivering clean, reliable results.
- Owning month‑end close, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation
- Managing financial reporting across multiple entities, including operating statements, balance sheets, and cash flow
- Monitoring cash balances, preparing wire transfers, and supporting distribution calculations
- Overseeing AP activity, including invoice review, approvals, and audit support
- Supporting development accounting, including draws, project tracking, and reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required) and 3 to 5 years of experience managing full‑cycle accounting, ideally within real estate or a multi‑entity environment
- Strong command of financial statements, month‑end close, reconciliations, and cash management, with the ability to own reporting across multiple entities
- Highly proficient in Excel, able to work efficiently with large data sets, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues independently
- Experience with property management or accounting systems (Yardi, One Site, or similar) strongly preferred
- Thoughtful, detail‑oriented approach; communicates clearly, takes ownership, dependable, collaborative, and takes pride in delivering high‑quality results and representing the Northwood Ravin brand
