Salary Range: $65,000-$75,000 + Bonus

• Own the Close:
  Drive monthly and quarterly close activities with accuracy and speed.
• Contribute to Projects:
  Jump into special initiatives—from automation to regulatory updates—and help shape the future of our finance function.
• Dig Into Data:
  Analyze financial trends, investigate variances, and prepare reconciliations that tell a story.
• Support Audits:
  Be a key contact for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and transparency.
• Partner Across Teams:
  Collaborate with operations, finance, and leadership to ensure financial clarity and support strategic decisions.
• Innovate Processes:
  Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and implement tech-forward solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 0–4 years of accounting experience (internship required if no work experience)
• Preference for candidates with public accounting exposure
• Solid understanding of GAAP compliance
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Tech-savvy with a knack for improving processes
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
