PositionSenior Accountant – full‑time, hybrid (Monday–Friday), salary $75,000–$95,000.
Responsibilities- Assist with month‑end close, journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement review.
- Perform intercompany accounting, debt service accounting, and fixed asset accounting.
- Analyze accounts receivable aging and reserves.
- Process ACH transactions and remote deposits.
- Assist with annual budgeting, financial reporting, and audit support.
- Prepare quarterly reports and support Medicare and Medicaid cost reporting.
- Support Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll functions as needed.
- Complete additional accounting projects and duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
- 5+ years of senior‑level general ledger accounting experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across departments.
- Healthcare accounting experience preferred.
Reports directly to the Controller; primarily office‑based with remote work capabilities. Collaborates with leaders and departments throughout the organization while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy in all financial activities.
