You will support accounting operations across locations, with a focus on expense management, accruals, and maintaining accurate financials at the site level. This position is ideal for someone who takes ownership, partners cross‑functionally, and enjoys working in a deadline‑driven environment.

• Manage expenses and accruals across multiple warehouse locations
• Support monthly close and financial reporting for site‑level P&Ls
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data
• Partner with operations and cross‑functional teams on financial processes
• Handle inventory‑related accounting, including cost updates and tracking
• Review purchase orders and perform invoice matching
• Identify process improvement opportunities and maintain strong internal controls

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Approximately 5+ years of accounting experience
• Experience in a large, multi‑site organization strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and month‑end close
• Inventory accounting experience or exposure to operational environments preferred
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) required
• Experience with Oracle, SAP or Net Suite highly preferred
• Highly detail‑oriented with strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Salary range: $95,000–$105,000 (depending on experience)
