Position:
QBO & Omni Expert
Type:Contractor / Hourly
Compensation:$34/hr
Location:Remote (US only)
Commitment:8 weeks, 40 hours/week with minimum 4 hours overlap with PST
Role Responsibilities- Provide omnichannel chat support to SMB (small and medium‑size business) owners.
- Answer general help questions and complex, data‑heavy accounting queries.
- Support bookkeeping and financial guidance using Quick Books Online (QBO).
- Analyze and interpret financial data to provide accurate and actionable responses.
- Complete PPT‑based or structured tasks as assigned.
- Maintain high standards of data privacy, compliance, and client confidentiality.
- Active user of Quick Books Online (QBO).
- Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Prior experience providing omnichannel chat support.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and data analysis.
- Ability to handle complex, data‑driven accounting questions.
- Experience working with SMB clients is preferred.
- Ability to commit 40 hours/week with at least 4 hours PST overlap.
- Prior experience as an SMB business owner with hands‑on accounting knowledge.
- Previous engagement as an expert in finance/accounting domain.
- Comfortable managing high‑volume, data‑heavy queries.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
