The Accounts Payable Supervisor oversees daily operations of the Accounts Payable function. This position combines hands‑on processing responsibilities with leadership and team development.

• Supervise AP staff and oversee workload distribution.
• Provide invoice processing support and resolve supplier issues.
• Coordinate AP workflow to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Support and delegate responsibilities to Accounts Payable Specialists.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of accounts payable processing experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel (including VLOOKUP and large‑volume data reconciliation).
• Strong math, customer‑service, communication, problem‑solving, and collaborative skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1‑2 years of supervisory or lead experience.
• Experience with OCR invoice processing.
• Experience with Workday Financials.
