Audit Senior Associate – Responsibilities

• Run client engagements from start to finish, including financial statement preparation, internal staffing, project scheduling, budgeting, engagement planning, and related administrative functions.
• Supervise, train, and mentor staff and interns on audit processes and assess staff performance for engagement reviews.
• Maintain an outstanding client relationship, increase customer happiness, and work with client management and staff at all levels to perform audit services.
• Collaborate with the audit team to identify and resolve client issues discovered during the audit process.
• Exercise creativity to grow expertise and make a difference at the firm.
• Research and analyze financial statements and audit issues using electronic databases and audit software to review and compile financial information.
• Engage with key client management to collect information, resolve audit‑related problems, and recommend business and process improvements.

• 2+ years of recent and relevant public accounting external audit experience.
• Experience in external audit working with Healthcare clients.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, technical, accounting, and auditing skills to work efficiently with clients and staff and build positive relationships.
• Experience with engagement management, reviews, and staff supervision.
• Ability to multi‑task and manage planning, execution, and wrap‑up of multiple engagements concurrently.
• Ability to research technical matters prior to submission for manager review.
• Meeting the education requirement for CPA certification in the home office state; a CPA license in that state is preferred.
• Willingness to work additional hours as needed and travel to various client sites.

Wage range estimate: $70,600.00 – $ per year.
