A full-service accounting and advisory firm based in Tampa, Florida is seeking an experienced Tax Senior Associate to join their dynamic tax team. Seeking professionals support clients in a diverse range of industries. This is a hybrid role that offers flexibility and good work life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide tax preparation, planning, and advisory services for various business structures and industries.
• Lead and manage multiple engagements and teams simultaneously.
• Oversee compliance deadlines and ensure all milestones are met.
• Conduct tax research and handle special projects.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop professional tax staff.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting with significant progress toward CPA eligibility.
• CPA license preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a public accounting firm’s tax department.
• Multi-industry experience a plus (construction, manufacturing, small business, healthcare, technology, non-profit, government, benefit plans, etc.).
• Familiarity with CCH Pro System FX Tax and Engagement is a plus.
• Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills.
• Located in vibrant downtown Tampa, FL.
