We are looking for experienced accounting professionals to support critical operational projects and provide high‑quality integrated controller services.
Remote work is possible; onsite work at client locations or regional offices may be required.
Responsibilities- Operational accounting and controllership
- Financial statement close assistance
- External audit preparation
- Financial statement preparation and review
- General ledger accounting
- Managed outsourced accounting
- Standard costing and inventory accounting
- 5+ years of accounting experience, including at a Big Four or comparable high‑performance firm
- Manager‑level experience engaging a variety of clients and providing the services listed above
- Hard‑working, detail‑oriented, and able to work well in a team atmosphere
- Proactive, responsible, and able to act as the client contact
- Professional and personable demeanor with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for operational accounting and a desire to learn and become an expert
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or a related field
- Experience helping companies identify improvements in key operational areas and implementing those improvements
- Approximately 25% onsite requirement
