Job Title
Senior Accountant
Location & ScheduleSan Jose, CA or West Valley City, UT. Primarily Remote (~90%). Occasional in‑office collaboration (2–4 days/month).
Compensation & Benefits- Base salary: $80,000 – $100,000 per year
- Bonus: 5–10% of base

We are seeking a proactive and high‑performing Accounting Manager / Senior Accountant to join our finance team. You will lead and oversee the month‑end close process, maintain accurate financial records, support audit and reporting requirements, integrate accounting with operational and inventory management, and assist in financial planning, analysis, and process improvements. This is a high‑impact role in a fast‑growing, dynamic company with significant growth and career advancement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead month‑end GL entries and oversee monthly close process.
- Maintain and update accruals, prepaids, and reconciliation schedules.
- Support preparation of financial statements and perform variance analysis.
- Record and review daily accounting transactions and integrate with operations.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure operational finance alignment.
- Work within ERP and other accounting systems to manage and review financial data.
- Create and maintain accurate accounting documentation and reports.
- Support inventory‑heavy operations with reconciliations and reporting.
- Research and resolve complex accounting transactions.
- Assist with year‑end audit preparation and other regulatory requirements.
- Participate in continuous improvement and ERP implementation initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Controller.
- 2–5 years of accounting experience, either at a small company or a public accounting firm.
- Experience with GAAP, month‑end close, reconciliations, and core accounting operations.
- Technology‑literate (ERP, AI, modern accounting tech stacks).
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA, CPA track, and/or public accounting experience.
- ERP implementation or process improvement experience.
- Experience in inventory, supply chain, production, manufacturing, healthcare, or telemedicine.
- High intellectual capability.
- Adaptable, solution‑oriented, and able to learn quickly.
