We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our Finance team. This role supports the day‑to‑day accounting functions of the organization, with a primary focus on accounts payable and receivable, travel & expense (T&E) processing, and general bookkeeping duties. The ideal candidate is eager to grow their accounting career in a dynamic, multi‑brand manufacturing environment.

• Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring proper coding and approvals
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Support collections efforts by monitoring outstanding receivables and following up on past‑due accounts
• Assist with check runs, ACH payments, and payment scheduling

• Review and process employee expense reports for accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance
• Verify supporting documentation and ensure appropriate approvals are in place
• Identify and flag out‑of‑policy submissions and follow up with employees as needed
• Maintain organized records of all T&E activity
• Assist with month‑end close activities including reconciliations and journal entry support
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in Net Suite and Mc Leod
• Prepare and format reports in Excel as requested by the Finance team
• Support audits by pulling documentation and organizing records
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned

• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business; or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years of bookkeeping, accounting, or relevant administrative experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, basic formulas)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Experience with Net Suite and/or McLeod Transportation Management System and Ramp
• Familiarity with automated T&E processing and expense policy enforcement
• Experience in a manufacturing, logistics, or multi‑location environment

This is a hybrid position based out of our Glendale, AZ headquarters. The role requires on‑site presence for key accounting activities, with flexibility for remote work on designated days.
