We are currently seeking a Tax Senior Manager to join our team in any of the following office locations:
Jericho, NY;
New York, NY;
White Plains, NY;
Park Ridge, NJ;
Chelmsford, MA;
Needham, MA;
Palm Beach, FL, or remotely anywhere in the U.S. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing firm.

• Direct and supervise Tax Seniors, Semi Seniors, Associates, and staff accountants.
• Ensure that assignments are accomplished within the budgeted time.
• Interact with clients to discuss tax issues throughout the year.
• Develop technical knowledge through participation in organization meetings, training programs, industry events, and research activities.
• Identify risk management issues and propose potential solutions through research and collaboration.
• Conduct research and draw conclusions to address target issues.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required;
  Master’s degree in taxation or equivalent preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive tax preparation, review and supervisory experience.
• CPA license required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and tax software, including Pro Systems and CCH.
• Technical proficiency in corporate, international, federal, state and local tax, and a solid background in corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, C‑Corps, partnerships, and individual/trusts.
• Strong tax accounting skills with proficiency in US GAAP, tax compliance, corporate consolidated returns, consolidated federal tax returns, partnership returns, and combined state tax returns.
• Ability to manage staff on multiple engagements.

New York: $150,000 – $200,000.

Massachusetts: $150,000 – $200,000.

Washington DC: $150,000 – $200,000.

Colorado: $150,000 – $200,000.

New Jersey: $150,000 – $200,000.

Compensation may vary based on final candidate qualifications and local market conditions.
