Reporting And Consolidation Role
As part of the Reporting & Consolidation team in the Finance Department, under the responsibility of the Operational Consolidation Manager, you will be responsible for the following missions:
1. Production and analysis of statutory consolidation
- Produce the consolidated accounts of Abeille Assurances
- Ensure the quality, completeness, and consistency of data uploaded by subsidiaries
- Ensure the proper application of French accounting standards
- Perform financial analysis and explain variations
2. Contribution to Group and shareholders consolidations
- Provide the schedules, entries, and analyses within the stipulated deadlines
- Act as a reference point for a range of entities
- Harmonize accounting treatments to ensure comparability
- Collaborate with the MACIF, Aésio, and Aéma Groupe consolidation teams
3. Cross-functional coordination
- Work closely with accounting teams
- Ensure alignment of data between social accounting and consolidation
4. Data reliability and control
- Strengthen consistency and integrity checks
- Document reprocessing, eliminations, and consolidation perimeters
- Contribute to audits (external auditors, internal audit)
5. Tools and continuous improvement
- Optimize the use of SAP FC
- Participate in transformation projects (including the replacement of SAP FC)
- Propose improvements (automation, quality, deadlines)

Profile sought
With a higher education degree (BAC+5) in accounting/finance, you have at least 5 years of experience in statutory consolidation in a group environment, and significant experience within an insurance financial direction that has familiarized you with the issues related to consolidation in French accounting standards.
Good knowledge of SAP FC software (or equivalent) is desirable.
