Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of bookkeeping for clients
Manage clients - Answer client questions regarding the work tasks and their accounts
Set up new clients
Monthly financial reports for management
Assist in other areas of operations as required

Company has clients across USA so you will be working with clients from different cities. All work will be done remotely using our software. Communication will be handled through Skype which we will set up for you. We will provide the necessary training. You will also be working with staff from our other offices.

Requirements and Qualifications

College graduate
Min 1 year experience in bookkeeping
Excellent skills with Quick Books, Accounting CS(CSA) or similar accounting software
Excellent computer skills
Professional conduct
Must be responsible and self-managed
Must have excellent follow-up and tracking skills
Must be detail oriented

If you elect to work from home instead of at our office in Wexford you should have the following

Must have a reliable computer with antivirus
Must have high speed Internet access and headphone
Must have a quiet area to work as you will be on the phone quite a bit to answer and handle customer questions
