We're partnered with a highly respected, growth-oriented accounting firm focused on delivering hands‑on advisory and financial guidance to business owners. This is not a back‑office accounting role — this is a client‑facing position where you'll build relationships, provide insight, and act as a trusted advisor. You'll work closely with leadership teams and business owners across a diverse client base while leveraging modern tools and a collaborative remote environment.

You'll work across industries like:

• Professional Services
• Construction & Real Estate
• Manufacturing & Distribution
• Small to Mid‑Sized Businesses

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and build strong, trusted relationships
• Prepare and review financial statements and accounting reports
• Advise business owners on financial performance, trends, and key decisions
• Manage month‑end close, reconciliations, and overall accounting workflows
• Handle multiple client engagements across different industries
• Collaborate internally to ensure high‑quality, timely deliverables

• 6–12+ years of accounting experience (public accounting strongly preferred)
• Experience working directly with clients, business owners, or leadership teams
• Strong technical accounting skills (GL, financials, reconciliations)
• Comfortable using modern tools (Quick Books Online, cloud‑based systems, etc.)
• Professional communication and ability to explain financials clearly
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients or complex engagements
