Manager-US Accounting - Remote

We are seeking an experienced Manager Global Accounting to support the US-based Controller for a fast-growing global SaaS organization. This role will be responsible for managing key accounting operations, supporting month-end close, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

• Lead/support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports
• Perform account reconciliations
  , variance analysis, and flux explanations
• Maintain close calendars and ensure adherence to deadlines

• Ensure compliance with US GAAP accounting standards
• Support implementation of new accounting policies and procedures
• Assist in technical accounting research and documentation

• Oversee GL activities including journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
• Review and validate financial data for accuracy and completeness

• Work closely with the US Controller on:
  • Financial analysis
  • Reporting packs
  • Audit readiness
• Act as a key point of contact for offshore accounting support

• Support internal and external audits
• Maintain proper documentation and audit trails

• Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes
• Drive automation and efficiency in reporting and reconciliations

• CA preferred
• 812 years of experience in accounting, preferably in SaaS / technology companies
• Experience working with US stakeholders / US time zone teams
• Hands-on experience with Netsuite ERP
