Job Title:
Manager Global Accounting (UK Time Zone Support)
Location: Gurgaon (Remote)
Shift: UK Time Zone (
We are seeking an experienced Manager Global Accounting to support the US-based Controller for a fast-growing global SaaS organization. This role will be responsible for managing key accounting operations, supporting month-end close, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities 1. Financial Close & Reporting- Lead/support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports
- Perform account reconciliations
, variance analysis, and flux explanations - Maintain close calendars and ensure adherence to deadlines
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP accounting standards
- Support implementation of new accounting policies and procedures
- Assist in technical accounting research and documentation
- Oversee GL activities including journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
- Review and validate financial data for accuracy and completeness
- Work closely with the US Controller on:
- Financial analysis
- Reporting packs
- Audit readiness
- Act as a key point of contact for offshore accounting support
- Support internal and external audits
- Maintain proper documentation and audit trails
- Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes
- Drive automation and efficiency in reporting and reconciliations
- CA preferred
- 812 years of experience in accounting, preferably in SaaS / technology companies
- Experience working with US stakeholders / US time zone teams
- Hands-on experience with Netsuite ERP
