Accounting Clerk​/Bookkeeper

We are partnering with a well‑established, mission‑driven organization seeking an Accounting Clerk to support its accounting team during a transition. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who can jump in quickly and assist with day‑to‑day accounting operations.

This position will be fully onsite Monday‑Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM during training. After approximately 3‑4 weeks, the schedule will transition to hybrid, with remote work available on Mondays and Fridays.

• Process accounts payable invoices and route approvals
• Enter AP transactions into the accounting system
• Assist with accounts receivable and billing activities
• Perform cash reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Generate recurring reports for the finance team
• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation
• Assist with month‑end accounting activities
• Support the accounting team with ad‑hoc projects and special requests

• 2+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, AP/AR, or accounting clerk experience
• Strong experience performing cash reconciliations
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to learn new systems quickly
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
