Tax Senior
We are a leading, growing midsize CPA firm located in the Fort Lauderdale, Florida metro area. Our firm offers the resources of a large national practice paired with the supportive, collaborative culture of a boutique firm.
Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated Tax Senior to join our dynamic team. This is a hybrid position offering excellent work-life flexibility, combining remote work with in-office collaboration at our Fort Lauderdale office. You will lead tax compliance, planning, and preparation for a diverse portfolio of clients, including high-net-worth individuals, corporations, and partnerships.
Salary and Benefits- Salary Range: $80,000 - $105,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

- Prepare and review complex federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations.
- Identify tax planning opportunities and research complex tax issues to provide actionable client solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and building strong relationships.
- Guide, mentor, and review the work of junior tax associates.
- Assist with IRS and state tax audits, notices, and correspondence.
- Experience:
3+ years of public accounting tax experience. - Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - License: CPA license or active progress toward obtaining a CPA is highly preferred.
- Skills:
Proficiency with tax software (e.g., Ultra Tax, Pro System fx, or CCH Axcess). - Location:
Must reside within commuting distance of the Fort Lauderdale, FL metro area.
