Job Details

We are currently seeking a dynamic, motivated, and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our Mortgage Industry team. This is a permanent, full‑time position with a hybrid work model, offering flexibility of combining remote work with on‑site office collaboration. Salary: $80,000 – $120,000 per year. • Critically reviewing and preparing complex individual, fiduciary, partnership, not‑for‑profit, and corporate tax returns.
• Conducting engagement planning, process and controls testing, analytical reviews, and accounting research.
• Effectively researching and explaining technical issues to staff, motivating them to build technical skills.
• Embracing and encouraging ongoing change and improvement, empowering staff at all levels to provide feedback and make changes.
• Demonstrating leadership, problem‑solving, and strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, specifically in the mortgage industry.
• At least 2 years of tax or audit experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax codes.
• Ability to work toward or have met the 150‑semester unit requirement for CPA licensure; CPA license is a plus.
• Exceptional problem‑solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with high urgency in completing tasks.
• Capacity to embrace and encourage ongoing change, empowering staff to provide feedback.
