Compensation
- Hourly Rate: $25 - $28/hr
- Permanent Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 annually, plus a 5% target bonus, paid out each March based on company and individual performance.
- Enter and review journal entries related to fixed assets, prepaids, debt, intangible assets, and expenses.
- Investigate variances in account activity, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Aid in audit preparations by compiling documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
- Reconcile and maintain schedules for assigned general ledger accounts to facilitate smooth monthly closings.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of balance sheet accounts with proper documentation and support.
- Collaborate with the Finance team on special projects, ad hoc reporting, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of corporate accounting or finance experience.
- Proficiency with MS Office including Excel; experience with Net Suite, Concur, SharePoint, and invoicing systems is preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbally.
- Strong sense of urgency, reliability, and a passion for accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote work.
