Hybrid (Work in office 3 days per month) - Staff Accountant
Position: Staff Accountant
Reports To: Accounting Manager
Compensation: $60,000 – $70,000
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (supports East Coast operations)
Work Model: Hybrid – In office 3–4 business days per month (primarily during close); remote all other days

What you will be doing as the Staff Accountant General Accounting- Review and ensure accuracy of daily financial activity
- Prepare and review month-end journal entries
- Perform weekly cash reconciliations
- Complete balance sheet and cash account reconciliations
- Prepare tax provisions
- Oversee AP processing and weekly check runs
- Ensure proper coding and processing accuracy
- Approve semi-weekly payroll uploads
- Prepare monthly accrual journal entries
- Maintain fixed asset register
- Prepare monthly depreciation entries
- Issue monthly P&L statements
- Conduct variance analysis
- Prepare KPI uploads
- Complete gaming tax templates
- Prepare debt covenants and required financial schedules
- Manage weekly cash surveys and required regulatory reporting
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (Required)
- Full-cycle accounting experience
- ERP system experience (beyond Quick Books)
- 3+ years of relevant accounting experience
- Concur Invoicing experience preferred
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Strong time management and ability to work independently
