Tax Operations Associate
Berlin Full-time Permanent Position
MissionAs a Tax Operations Associate at Integral, you are not just a specialist, you are a central part of our mission to redefine tax services for SMEs. You work not in a traditional firm, but in one of the most exciting startups in Germany, which is reinventing the industry. You work closely with our clients and internal teams, taking responsibility for the quality of our tax processes and actively contributing to making operations more efficient.

- Support and process tax matters for our SME clients: from financial accounting to the preparation of tax returns
- Ensure high-quality, timely service for our clients – end-to-end
- Close collaboration with our tax consultants in the team and the product team to continuously improve processes
- Independently identify manual, recurring tasks: and actively contribute to automating or optimizing them
- Use the AI-powered platform and digital tools to increase efficiency and quality in your daily work
- Communicate with clients at a high professional level: clearly, empathetically, and solution-oriented
- Critical reflection of your own work:
What can I learn? What can I do better? How can I help the team become more efficient?
- Completed training as a tax assistant or comparable qualification, at least 2 years of professional experience
- You want more than just routine work, you think along, question processes, and want to create real value
- Strong initiative:
You do not wait for someone to tell you what to do, you recognize what is needed and act - No fear of new tools and technologies: you are curious, learn quickly, and want to actively master digital ways of working
- Critical self-reflection:
You know your strengths, recognize gaps, and work actively to improve yourself and your team - Quality consciousness:
You deliver carefully, reliably, and with a genuine commitment to your own work - Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a clear plus
- You work fully on-site in our Berlin office
- Fluent German required, English skills are advantageous

- The "we have always done it this way" mentality
- No interest in technology or artificial intelligence
