Accountant (Remote)

Job Type: Contract Payout: $90 - $100/hour

Role Overview :

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking an Accountant (US Experience) to work on a contract basis. The role involves managing financial records, ensuring compliance with US accounting standards, and supporting month-end close processes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accordance with US GAAP.
* Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
* Reconcile bank accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
* Assist with tax filings and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and analysis.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

* Proficiency in US GAAP and financial reporting standards is required.
* Experience with month-end close processes and reconciliation tasks.
* Strong knowledge of tax compliance requirements for US-based entities.
* Familiarity with accounting software such as Quick Books or Net Suite.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
