Summary: Accounts Payable Technician will be a supporting member of the accounting team responsible for servicing Northern Light Health affiliates. Under the direction of the Accounting Manager, the main responsibilities are to accurately process vendor invoices for multiple Northern Light Health companies. Duties include opening mail, date stamping invoices, matching invoices to purchase orders, keying invoices, cutting checks, processing travel and employee reimbursements, vendor research and 1099 verification for vendor set up.
Provides data for vendor file updates and maintenance and handles other duties as assigned. This position requires direct supervision and adherence to prescribed rules and procedures and is monitored based on AP department productivity goals.

High School Diploma/General Educational Development (GED)
- Work with computers, typing, reading or writing.
