THIS IS AN ON-PREMISE POSITION. REMOTE OR WORK-FROM-HOME ARRANGEMENTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE.
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to support accounting, bookkeeping, and administrative functions across multiple operating companies. This role requires someone who is dependable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

- Coordination with outside accountants and professional advisors
- Payroll-related administrative support
- Preparation and organization of financial reports
- Filing, record retention, and document management
- Administrative support for ownership and management
- Assistance with special projects across multiple businesses
- General office management and coordination
- Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability and willingness to work on-site in Las Vegas. This is not a remote position.
