What You'll Do

+ Lead and mentor a small accounting team

+ Participate in and review month-end close activities

+ Prepare and analyze financial reporting

+ Maintain balance sheet integrity through reconciliations and account reviews

+ Partner with leadership on accounting and reporting initiatives

+ Support process improvements and operational efficiencies

+ Serve in a true player-coach capacity, balancing hands-on accounting responsibilities with leadership and review functions

Requirements

Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

+ 4+ years of progressive accounting experience

+ Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience

+ Strong understanding of financial reporting and month-end close

+ CPA or public accounting experience is a plus
