Position Title: Quick Books Bookkeeper
The Quick Books Bookkeeper will play a vital role in supporting the accounting functions across several related companies. This position involves managing high-volume vendor invoices and ensuring accuracy in job cost reporting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in Quick Books Desktop and possess a detail-oriented mindset. The role offers opportunities for growth within the organization, allowing for advancement into more senior accounting positions.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 / Year DOE
Responsibilities- Perform Quick Books Desktop entries, including deposits, invoicing, and job cost reports
- Match and clear pay applications in the accounting system
- Manage the purchase order system and create jobs across various platforms
- Process high-volume supplier invoices with accurate job-cost tagging
- Support accounts payable and receivable functions as needed
- Proficiency in Quick Books Desktop, including deposits, invoicing, and job cost reporting
- Experience in accounts payable and receivable support, with purchase order setup across systems
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage high-volume vendor invoices and job costing
- Job cost accounting experience is preferred
- Experience in the construction industry is preferred
- A degree in accounting or a related field is preferred
