Location: Day
We are a multi‑million‑dollar e-commerce company in California, and we are looking for an experienced bookkeeper to support our growing business.
Responsibilities- Reconciliation
- Enter bills
- Pay bills
- Manage expenses
- Process credit card usage
- Handle bank statements
- Balance checks
- Generate Amazon reports
- Prepare profit and loss reports
- Compile monthly balance sheets
- Ensure all finances are up to date
- Set up and enter data into Quick Books
This is a full‑time position. Initial training may be part‑time to bring new hires up to speed.
Qualifications- Experience with bookkeeping software, preferably Quick Books
- Prior experience delivering P&L reports to an accountant
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and other online marketplaces
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Self‑starter with a willingness to learn new e‑commerce related skills
