Senior Accountant Position in the Green Bay area
We are working a Senior Accountant position for a growing, public company in the Green Bay area. This position will have a direct line to the Corporate Accounting Manager, who will be very involved with getting you up to speed, then evolving into a hands‑off boss, yet always there as a resource. The company has seen their stock double in recent years, so it is an exciting time to get in with them!
They are also offering a hybrid schedule (about 50% on site/50% remote work).
- Prepare and enter journal entries to the general ledger.
- Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations.
- Prepare external financial reporting.
- Assist with external audits of company's accounts
- Prepare and review detailed financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, providing insights to leadership.
- Assist Manager with month and year end close
- Perform analytical review procedures
- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance required
- CPA or willingness to attain CPA required
- Public Accounting or Public Company experience required
- 3+ years of accounting experience
