Summary
Connect Search is hiring an Accounting Manager in Racine County. This position offers a hybrid work from home schedule of 1 day per week.
Responsibilities- Manage the accounting activities for reporting monthly financial results.
- Manage team responsible for project-based accounting activities.
- Prepare monthly account reconciliations to the general ledger to ensure timely and accurate completion.
- Drive the close process to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Monthly P&L variance analysis, including analyzing labor costs, material usage, and overhead allocation
- Implements processes and controls to ensure compliance with company internal controls and accounting standards/policies.
- Support budget and forecasting activities.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required.
- Manufacturing experience is a MUST HAVE.
- 4+ years of general ledger accounting/month end close experience with at least 1 years of supervisory experience
