Responsabilidades- Preparación de reportes financieros para inversionistas (INVESTOR REPORTING)
- Contabilidad de proyectos de desarrollo inmobiliario y construcción
- Análisis de presupuesto vs. actual y soporte en decisiones financieras
- Gestión de capital, distribuciones y cumplimiento de partnerships
- Profesional en Contabilidad o Finanzas
- Inglés C1 o avanzado (indispensable)
- Experiencia comprobable en investor reporting packages
- Background en desarrolladoras inmobiliarias o fondos
- Conocimiento de US GAAP y contabilidad inmobiliaria
- Exposición a inversionistas y estructuras de partnership
