Accounts Receivable Specialist (AR Specialist)

Key responsibilities include protecting the company’s assets by ensuring timely cash flow and managing accounts receivable activities.

Oversee day-to-day operation of accounts receivable functions, including preparing write‑offs and discounts with manager approval, and ensuring accurate invoicing.

Ensure timely and accurate processing of inquiries, adherence to standard operating procedures, and protection of sensitive client information.

Manage revenue and accounts receivable processes in a technology research environment focusing on AI data labs and frontier models.

Supervise and operate accounts payable and foster professional development of staff, ensuring compliance with service level agreements.

Prepare and review all company invoices, oversee the entire invoice process, and coordinate with internal project management for final distribution.

Ensure accurate billing, revenue recognition, and financial reporting for events hosted at entertainment venues.

Sell and execute sales and marketing programs for key national chain accounts, planning, executing, and coordinating campaigns.
