Salary: $95,000 - $130,000 per year

This is a well-established, growing Bay Area firm based in Oakland, CA. The firm provides accounting services to closely held businesses, high net worth individuals, trusts and estates, and non‑profit organizations in Northern California.

We are seeking self‑motivated team players with 4+ years of recent public accounting tax experience to lead tax engagements for a diverse client roster of privately held companies, high net worth individuals and non‑profit organizations.

Lead tax engagements, prepare and review income tax returns, research complex tax issues, develop practical tax planning solutions, manage client relationships, and coordinate with project teams.

• At least 4 years’ experience, preferably with large local or regional CPA firms
• Licensed CPA or EA preferred
• MS in Taxation preferred
• Proven ability to research complex tax issues and develop practical tax planning
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong computer skills (solid working knowledge of CCH Pro System fx tax a plus)
• Experience working in a paperless environment
