Position Overview

The Accounts Receivable Specialist plays a key role in managing daily cash applications, reconciling transactions, and supporting overall financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage cash receipt applications (wires, checks, credit cards)
  • Process incoming payments in accordance with financial policies
  • Verify, code, and post daily cash receipts
  • Prepare bank deposits and reconcile with accounting systems
  • Generate daily cash reports
  • Research and resolve account discrepancies
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, or general accounting experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills with a customer-service mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Word and data entry, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
