We're looking for an experienced Accounting Manager who thrives in a fast‑paced operational environment and wants to play a key role in driving financial performance across our U.S. and Mexico operations.

As Accounting Manager, you'll serve as a key financial leader responsible for:

• Leading monthly financial close and preparing consolidated financial statements and executive dashboards.
• Managing accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, billing, reconciliations, and treasury support.
• Partnering with our Mexico accounting team to ensure consistency and accuracy across entities.
• Overseeing inventory accounting, costing, cycle counts, and financial controls.
• Supporting cash flow forecasting and business planning initiatives.
• Driving process improvements, internal controls, and ERP optimization.
• Leading annual audits, compliance reporting, and regulatory filings.
• Developing and mentoring accounting staff while building a culture of accountability and excellence.

• 10+ years of accounting experience
• 5+ years leading accounting teams
• Manufacturing, inventory, distribution, or operational accounting experience
• Strong financial statement preparation and month‑end close experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• ERP experience

• CPA or CMA
• Infor LN experience
• Experience supporting multi‑location operations or international entities
