Associate Manager - Accounting Integration

This position is part of the Accounting Integration team and reports to the Senior Director of Accounting Integration. It is a dynamic and collaborative role in a fast‑paced, international environment.

• Use your accounting and finance expertise to manage the global integration of newly acquired businesses including full consolidation, purchase price allocation, and policy alignment.
• Serve as the first point of contact for all accounting topics in the integration project and a trusted partner that works in a dynamic multi‑disciplinary team including finance, reporting, tax, transfer pricing, legal entity reporting, legal, and many more.
• Partner with accounting hubs or central teams to handover tasks and provide transparency on the project after the integration activities come to an end.
• With a passion for technology and change management, support the deployment of our SAP ERP system and other finance and reporting tools in the acquired entities.
• Oversee the overall project success by focusing on the big picture, while also diving deep into day‑to‑day accounting and closing activities.

• Minimum 5 years of progressive work experience in a similar role, preferably a mix of tech companies and public accounting.
• Display strong accounting knowledge, strong analytical skills, business judgment, and excellent attention to detail.
• Rely on a strong project management expertise paired with self‑determination and strategic judgment.
• Demonstrate the ability to analyze complex data sets, translate insights into clear action points, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders across cultures and geographies.
• Showcase strong communication and presentation skills in a multi‑cultural environment.
• Have advanced experience with an ERP system, preferably SAP and / or Net Suite.

• Be excited to collaborate with our finance and business teams in the office for 2–3 days per week.
