Salary: $70,000 - 90,000 + bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Cost Accountant:

• Perform cost accounting and inventory analysis to support accurate financial reporting
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and account adjustments
• Support month-end close and contribute to process improvements
• Analyze WIP, production orders, and inventory activity across operations
• Prepare and review monthly operational and inventory reports
• Partner cross-functionally to identify discrepancies and drive corrective actions

Qualifications for the Cost Accountant:

• 3+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
