Job description:

At Boca Raton Accounting, we pride ourselves on a high level of customer service to our clients, combined with accuracy and attention to detail with our work. We are looking for an experienced Accountant/Bookkeeper. Main tasks are to Manage junior level bookkeepers. Work with to obtain necessary documents from clients. Open to the possibility of minimal work on-site for some clients to assist with their Quick Books, bank deposits, etc.

(Tax prep experience is preferred but not required).

Location:

Work from home and on-site (easy Boca Raton area) for a handful of clients: currently about 2 hours per week maximum on site or at client’s local business, and the remainder from home. This may increase slightly in the future specifically during tax season. Personality:
Friendly, patient, confidential and respectful. Candidate should have bookkeeping and/or tax return experience. Extremely computer proficient and detail oriented. Quick Books desktop and online experience required.

Schedule:

Make your own schedule, as long as you are available at least 4 weekdays. You can work days, nights and/or weekends. Weekly hours are 30-40 hours per week in the off-season (May-December). Tax-season hours are 45 hours per week, but this is flexible if needed. Must have at least three years of Quick Books experience. CPA. Benefits:
