Parents Together is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting & Finance Operations Specialist to join our nonprofit team. You will support monthly closes, payroll, reconciliations, AP/AR, and time allocations, working across affiliated entities with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
You will collaborate with Finance and Operations staff, manage documentation, and support audit and tax processes while maintaining proactive communication and thorough follow-up to ensure deadlines are met.
