As our Senior Accountant, you’ll be the bridge between our outsourced bookkeeping team and our tax professionals. Your primary responsibility is to ensure every client's financial statements are accurate, complete, and ready for tax planning and tax preparation. This is more than reviewing numbers. You’ll identify accounting issues, improve processes, communicate directly with clients, and help build a world‑class accounting function.

• Review bookkeeping completed by our outsourced accounting team for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify accounting issues, investigate discrepancies, and prepare adjusting journal entries when needed.
• Ensure monthly financial statements are accurate, timely, and tax ready.
• Work closely with our tax team to identify accounting issues that may impact tax planning opportunities.
• Communicate with clients to obtain missing information and resolve accounting questions.
• Help clients understand their financial statements and what the numbers mean for their businesses.
• Improve accounting workflows, documentation, and quality control processes.
• Leverage technology and AI tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist with onboarding new accounting clients and developing scalable accounting procedures.
• Mentor junior accounting staff as our team grows.
