Accounting & Finance Coordinator (Hybrid)

We're partnering with a growing organization to hire an Accounting & Finance Coordinator for a full-time, permanent position. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is looking to grow their career with a collaborative team.

Salary: Up to $55,000 annually, depending on experience

Schedule: Full-time | Hybrid (combination of onsite and remote work)

• Process and support a high volume of accounting and financial transactions
• Assist with day-to-day accounting operations and financial recordkeeping
• Communicate professionally with clients and internal team members
• Maintain accurate records and ensure attention to detail across all financial activities
• Collaborate with team members while also managing responsibilities independently
• Support additional accounting and administrative projects as needed

• 2–3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in a high-volume transaction environment
• Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, but not required
• Experience with Quick Books and online business banking platforms strongly preferred
• Fast and accurate computer and data entry skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing as a team player
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization
