Key Responsibilities

+ Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities

+ Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules

+ Support financial reporting and analysis activities

+ Maintain balance sheet integrity and investigate account variances

+ Assist with the preparation of internal and external reporting packages

+ Collaborate with various accounting and finance teams on special projects and process improvement initiatives

+ Support audit requests and compliance-related activities

Requirements

+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

+ Public accounting experience preferred but not required

+ Staff Accountant candidates should have 1+ year of progressive accounting experience and a strong understanding of accounting fundamentals

+ Senior Accountant candidates should have 4+ years of experience with month-end close, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and general ledger accounting

+ Understanding of US GAAP

+ Strong Microsoft Excel skills

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

+ Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

+ CPA or progress toward CPA certification is a plus
