Controller, Accounting, Financial Compliance

We’re partnering with a stable, mission-driven multi-entity organization to help them find their next Controller. The Controller will step into a highly visible leadership role supporting multiple business units.

This is an opportunity for a hands‑on accounting leader who wants to own the function, influence strategy, mentor a small team, but be involved in driving meaningful process improvements in a complex / rewarding environment that is diverse and values teamwork!

$130,000 – $150,000 base salary (DOE)

• Lead accounting and financial reporting across multiple entities
• Oversee month‑end close, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting
• Drive audit preparation and execution
• Oversee AP, AR, and cash management processes
• Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and reporting
• Mentor and lead a small accounting team
• Evaluate current workflows and implement process improvements and efficiencies

You will have the ability to:

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong accounting knowledge, financial reporting, and internal controls
• Experience managing and developing a team
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities

• Experience in multi‑entity environments
• Background complex accounting structures
• Experience improving processes or implementing new procedures
• ERP experience (any Tier 1 or 2 system)

• Onsite, Monday – Friday. After ramp‑up time, some flexibility to work from home.
• Primarily onsite in downtown Seattle
• Flexible start times within standard business hours
