We’re partnering with a stable, mission-driven multi-entity organization to help them find their next Controller. The Controller will step into a highly visible leadership role supporting multiple business units.
This is an opportunity for a hands‑on accounting leader who wants to own the function, influence strategy, mentor a small team, but be involved in driving meaningful process improvements in a complex / rewarding environment that is diverse and values teamwork!

Compensation$130,000 – $150,000 base salary (DOE)

- Lead accounting and financial reporting across multiple entities
- Oversee month‑end close, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting
- Drive audit preparation and execution
- Oversee AP, AR, and cash management processes
- Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and reporting
- Mentor and lead a small accounting team
- Evaluate current workflows and implement process improvements and efficiencies

What We’re Looking For Required- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong accounting knowledge, financial reporting, and internal controls
- Experience managing and developing a team
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
- Experience in multi‑entity environments
- Background complex accounting structures
- Experience improving processes or implementing new procedures
- ERP experience (any Tier 1 or 2 system)

- Great mentor who can delegate and help their team develop professionally
- Strong communicator across all levels
- Excited by process improvement (not overwhelmed by it)
- Able to lead in an environment with varied experience levels
- Onsite, Monday – Friday. After ramp‑up time, some flexibility to work from home.
- Primarily onsite in downtown Seattle
- Flexible start times within standard business hours
