Senior Accountant

You’ll partner with leaders across Finance and Human Resources, improve accounting processes, and make a meaningful impact on the business while enjoying a hybrid schedule with one work-from-home day each week.

• Own full-cycle accounting responsibilities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Drive process improvements that increase efficiency, strengthen internal controls, and improve financial reporting.
• Partner with Human Resources to manage accounting for compensation, payroll, benefits, relocation expenses, and other employee-related costs.
• Analyze financial results, investigate variances, and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Manage accruals, prepaids, tariffs, and other balance sheet and income statement accounts.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and departmental financial analysis.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules and responding to audit requests.
• Participate in special projects and system enhancements that improve accounting operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience in public accounting and/or a large corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, accrual accounting, and variance analysis.
• A continuous improvement mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
