This Director of Finance role is about far more than producing reports.
You’ll oversee the day to day finance operation across a growing commercial and multi‑family real estate portfolio, taking ownership of treasury, cash flow, budgets, forecasting, reporting, transaction administration and property accounting. You’ll also help build the processes, systems and infrastructure that will support the next stage of growth.
You’ll work alongside the CEO, bookkeeper and an external Controller, becoming the driving force behind finance operations while ensuring compliance with GAAP and supporting IFRS reporting for an international parent company. You’ll supervise the IT function, improve reporting, monitor budgets against actuals and play a key role in acquisitions, financing and operational decision making.
