Our fully remote firm works with businesses to properly plan for their taxes throughout the year and get the chance to showcase real tax savings when we file their return.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconciliations
• Support the month end close and reporting processes
• Troubleshoot bookkeeping work, find errors and correct them
• Onboarding new clients to get their books caught up
• Recognize when something doesn’t look right and analytical skills to find/correct the issue
• Meetings with some of your clients
• Researching, being resourceful, asking questions of your colleagues and manager
• Contribute to process improvement by giving feedback and collaborating with tax and accounting teams

Requirements:

• MUST:
  Experience in a public tax/accounting firm
• Self-motivated, fast learner, good work ethic, detail and deadline-oriented
• Love helping people, thinking outside the box, going the extra mile
• Client-facing experience, comfortable managing your own clients

Pay:
From $23 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week, then overtime pay.
